ResKit RSU48-0356 provides a pair of 370 gallon wing fuel tanks (Type 1) with pylons designed for the General Dynamics F-16 Fighting Falcon. The set includes two tanks with pylons for 1/48 aircraft model builds.
Aftermarket accessory intended for aircraft scale model kits, created to reproduce the characteristic external tank profile and mounting pylons with sharper geometry than typical kit parts.
Precision components developed for realistic 1/48 scale aircraft model builds, produced with high-resolution printing to maintain consistent tank shape and surface detail.
The set represents the 370 gallon wing-mounted fuel tanks commonly used on the F-16 Fighting Falcon and compatible aircraft such as the Mitsubishi F-2, allowing modelers to recreate typical operational external fuel configurations.
For modelers: test-fit the pylons to the wing mounting points before attaching the tanks. Installing the tanks during the final stages of the build helps maintain clean paintwork and ensures proper alignment.
