Metallic Details MD14407 Detail Set adds sharper exterior definition to a Aerospatiale/BAC Concorde build in 1/144. The set combines photo-etched parts with resin components—useful where Concorde’s intakes and engine-area geometry benefit from crisper edges than molded kit parts can provide.
Concorde is a turbojet-powered supersonic passenger airliner. This upgrade focuses on external areas, helping you refine the look of the airframe without turning the build into a complex rework of the base kit.
For modelers: test-fit the resin intakes early and check the kit openings for symmetry before glue. Lightly sand mating surfaces flat, then attach in short steps (one side at a time) so the intake faces stay aligned; add the PE parts after the main seams are cleaned up.
