Description
Metallic Details MD14433 Photo-Etched Set adds exterior detail parts for a Boeing 720 build in 1/144. On early jet airliners, small exterior features and crisp edges around visible details can look soft in plastic, so this set is aimed at improving scale thickness and definition on the outside of the model.
The Boeing 720 is a short- to medium-range passenger jet airliner with clean external lines. This upgrade set is intended for the Roden kit and focuses on exterior detailing rather than altering the overall airframe, so it can be integrated into a standard assembly and paint workflow.
For modelers: check the kit surface where each PE part will sit and remove only the molded detail that the PE replaces. Test-fit before paint to confirm placement, then attach fine parts after the main paint and clear coat steps to reduce glue marks and handling damage. Keep a flat reference line (panel line or window belt line) when aligning parts so they don’t drift on the long fuselage.
