Metallic Details MDR3203 is a resin + photo-etched set for exterior detailing of the Consolidated B-24 Liberator in 1/32, recommended for HobbyBoss kits. The practical angle is “large airframe surface control”: on a 1/32 bomber, thin metal parts and crisp resin details help refine small exterior fittings that can look oversized after primer and paint.
The B-24 Liberator is a four-engine heavy bomber type. This upgrade focuses on external detail improvements to support a more defined surface finish while keeping the base kit’s major assemblies unchanged (kit-dependent).
For modelers: identify which exterior parts will be replaced before committing to scribing and sanding, then test-fit each piece on the specific panel area.
