Description
ResKit RS48-0028 is a wheels set for the Dassault Mirage III in 1/48. It is intended to sharpen the landing gear look with cleaner tire contours and more defined hub faces, which helps the Mirage’s narrow gear stance look more scale-accurate when the model sits on its wheels.
This set is useful when kit wheels look soft around the rim edge or when you want a more consistent hub finish across all wheels after weathering (fit is kit-dependent).
For modelers: test-fit the wheels on the kit axles before paint and open mounting holes gradually for a snug fit; paint hubs separately from tires if possible, and keep wash work controlled so it settles into hub recesses without staining the tire sidewall.
