ResKit RS72-0069 is a 1/72 Wheels Set (weighted) for the General Dynamics F-111 (A,B,C,D), produced in resin/3D printed material. The weighted tire profile adds a subtle flat contact patch, helping the model sit more naturally and reflect the aircraft’s substantial ground presence.

The F-111 has a wide stance and prominent landing gear, so tire shape noticeably affects the overall look. Replacing standard round kit wheels with weighted versions can improve realism and complement open gear bays and detailed struts (kit-dependent fit).
For modelers: align the flat spot parallel to the ground before glue sets to avoid a twisted stance. Dry-fit on the kit axles and confirm both main wheels touch evenly. Paint hubs and tires separately, then add light weathering around the contact patch to emphasize the weighted effect.
