Description
Metallic Details MDR7299 provides 3D-printed parts to detail the propellers for the Fiat CR.42 Falco in 1/72. This upgrade focuses on the blade outline and hub area, which are prominent on compact nose sections and can stand out even under a simple paint finish.
This is an aftermarket upgrade set only; the aircraft kit is not included.
The Fiat CR.42 Falco is a small single-seat sesquiplane aircraft with a visually “front-loaded” look, so the propeller profile plays a big role in how the model reads from front-quarter angles.
For modelers: dry-fit the prop hub to your kit’s shaft/mount before painting. To keep blade pitch consistent, make a quick alignment card with a center hole and two reference lines; use it as a visual guide while the hub joint sets. Paint the blades separately, then assemble and touch up the hub-to-blade joins.
