Metallic Details MDR48243 3D Printed Set replaces and refines the propeller on a Gloster Gladiator build in 1/48. On a biplane, the propeller sits close to the front “focus area,” so cleaner blade edges and hub definition can noticeably improve the look even on a closed-cowling build.
The Gloster Gladiator is a biplane aircraft. This set focuses on external propeller detail and is recommended for Roden, Merit International, and I Love Kit 1/48 kits.
For modelers: dry-fit the propeller and spinner (if used by your kit) before paint to confirm the shaft length and clearance to the cowling. Prime first to reveal any support marks along the blade edges, then paint and finish; a final gloss/semi-gloss coat can help even out the look of blade surfaces.
