Metallic Details MDR4860 is a resin + photo-etched upgrade for the F100-PW jet nozzle on a 1/48 Lockheed-Martin F-16 Fighting Falcon, designed for Tamiya kits. Exhausts are a natural focal point on the finished model; this set is aimed at sharper nozzle edges and a more structured rear-end look without reworking the entire airframe.
The F-16 is a single-engine multirole jet aircraft family. This set focuses on the nozzle area only, helping you refine the exhaust section on compatible 1/48 F-16 projects based on the F100-PW engine fit (kit-dependent).
For modelers: dry-fit the nozzle into the rear fuselage before painting to confirm depth and alignment. Prime the resin for a consistent surface, then build metallic tones in light coats; add the photo-etched parts after the main paint is stable, and install the finished nozzle late to avoid handling marks.
