ResKit RSU48-0550 provides a detailed weapon mounting frame with BD3-57KrV pylons for the Mil Mi-8 Hip helicopter in 1/48. The set includes two mounting frames representing the configuration used on later Ukrainian-operated Mi-8 aircraft.
This aftermarket accessory is designed for 1/48 scale helicopter model kits and replaces simplified external weapon mounts with more accurate structural detail.
The parts are produced using high-resolution 3D printing, allowing precise reproduction of the mounting frame structure and BD3-57KrV rack geometry used to carry external weapons and stores.
The upgrade is designed specifically for the Trumpeter Mi-8 kit and helps recreate operational weapon configurations seen on later Mi-8 aircraft.
