Description
Dassault Mirage IIIC is a plastic model kit in 1/72 scale produced by MODELSVIT representing a French all-weather interceptor aircraft introduced during the early Cold War. The Mirage IIIC was one of the first operational variants of the Mirage III family.
The Mirage IIIC entered production in 1960 and featured onboard radar systems and improved avionics compared to earlier prototypes. Powered by a turbojet engine with optional rocket boosters, the aircraft was designed for high-speed interception and multi-role use.
Mirage IIIC - French All-Weather Interceptor
The Mirage IIIC served with several air forces including France, Israel, and South Africa. Its delta-wing configuration and supersonic performance made it a notable aircraft in early jet-era air defense and strike roles.
