DAN Models DM 35530 is a photo-etched fern plant set designed for 1/35 scale diorama scenes. This aftermarket accessory for scale model kits allows modelers to add detailed vegetation elements that help create natural terrain and environmental textures in miniature replicas.
Fern plants are useful for representing ground vegetation in forested, rural, or overgrown locations. In 1/35 scale displays these thin metal parts can be shaped to imitate natural foliage and placed around rocks, tree bases, or building ruins to enrich the terrain composition.
For modelers: gently bend the photo-etched leaves to create a natural shape before installation. Painting with layered green tones and subtle shading can enhance the depth and realism of the foliage.
