ResKit RSU32-0171 provides a Republic F-105D Thunderchief access ladder designed for aircraft builds in 1/32 scale (1 pc).
This resin 3D printed aftermarket accessory is intended for aircraft scale model kits and focuses on reproducing the lightweight tubular structure and step geometry typical of the ladder used with the F-105D cockpit entry area.
Ground equipment such as boarding ladders can add context to an aircraft display, especially when the canopy is open. Adding a separate ladder element helps create a more complete presentation while keeping proportions consistent with the aircraft’s access point.
For modelers: remove printing supports carefully and test the ladder position near the cockpit sill before painting. A thin primer layer helps reveal fine edges on the step surfaces before final colors are applied.
