Two Axle Pilot Car (9.2 m) Armoured Wagon plastic model kit in 1/72 scale by UMT represents a railway armoured pilot wagon used for track security and reconnaissance duties. The vehicle is supplied as an unpainted and unassembled plastic model kit.
Armoured pilot wagons were commonly positioned at the front of armoured trains to check railway tracks for obstacles or damage. Their role was to protect the main train from mines or track sabotage while providing basic defensive capability.
