Metallic Details MD14412 Photo-Etched Set includes metal parts for Vickers VC10 exterior detailing in 1/144. The set covers thin exterior elements that can be difficult to keep in scale when molded in plastic.
The Vickers VC10 is a narrow-body, long-range airliner design. This set supports an airliner-style exterior finish where small external features remain defined without looking oversized.
For modelers: complete seam work and surface polishing first, then plan photo-etched placement along panel lines and edges. Lightly scuff the metal for adhesion, prime before painting, and attach the smallest parts near the end to reduce handling damage.
